Best Ride So Far for me
I was only able to ride 2 days this week because I worked some OT. But today was my best ride so far since we bought our bikes. The temperature was so nice. I know I will enjoy riding more in the fall and winter. We rode 25.83 miles in 2 hours and 8 minutes. North Alabama is starting to see some of the colors of Autumn.

First Night's Dinner in Orlando
Bill introduced us to Hemingway's for Dinner on the day Carrie and I arrived. http://www.hyattgrandcypress.com/. It was very beautiful and the food was excellent. Carrie and I had the crabcakes and Bill had something (maybe Blackened Mahi Mahi?) with prawns.
The sun was setting as we headed for dinner. Bill had made reservations for 7:30. Perfect timing! Thanks again Bill!

Last Night in Orlando
On our last night in Orlando, Carrie talked me into venturing across town to Roy's. They specialize in Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine http://www.roysrestaurant.com/ I was very hesitant about going, but I am so glad we did. Thanks Carrie!
Carrie's entree is shown above: Spinach & Gorgonzola Crusted Salmon with Roasted Garlic Red Wine Sauce. I chose the Mongolian Grilled Top Sirloin. Natural Soy Mustard Butter Sauce & Wasabi Mashed Potatoes ~ It was delicious! The only night in Orlando that I did not eat seafood.
